In this blog post, I’m going to give an honest review of one of the top MLM companies in the Philippines: DXN International Private Limited. You will discover what this company is all about, its products and services, and its compensation plan. I will also give you several MLM techniques that you can use to succeed as a DXN distributor.

What Is DXN International Private Limited All About?
DXN celebrated its 20th anniversary in the Philippines last 2019. Safe to say it’s been in the country for 22 years now. The company is founded by Datuk Dr. Lim Siow Jin in 1993. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, which is highly regarded for education and research in science, engineering, management and humanities. It was his quest for the potential benefits of mushrooms on human health that led him to start DXN with Ganoderma lucidum also called Reishi (Japan) or Lingzhi (China) as its core product. Ganoderma is a fungus which is widely used for promoting health and longevity in China, Japan, and other parts of Asia.
The company is based in Malaysia with over 9 million registered distributors worldwide. Its product now includes personal care, cosmetics, food and beverages, supplements and water filtration system.

If you’re someone who’s researching about the company in the Philippines, you’ll find that there’s two to three websites including the main international site. Based on those that I’ve seen, their website serves its purpose but is not aesthetically pleasing if you are comparing it with other MLM companies. On the upside, you’ll easily find tons of videos from members themselves on YouTube.
DXN Products and Services
DXN has come a long way from mushroom coffee. They have expanded their product line to include personal hygiene, household products, and even apparels.
You can purchase DXN products through their online shop. It has also been widely distributed in e-commerce stores such as Shopee and Lazada. The pricing, benefits, and active ingredients of the products shown here are based on the DXN website. Price ranges from Php175 to Php20, 182 as seen in the photo.

DXN Lingzhi Coffee 2 in 1 is one of DXN’s most popular products. It contains Ganoderma extract. The benefits as detailed in their website include the following:

- Able to control the spread of certain cancer cells in the body.
- Eliminate dead cells from wounds.
- Improve gastrointestinal functions, inflammation of the joints.
- Reduce viscosity and stickiness in the blood.
- Reduce the risk of stroke and blood vessels related problems.
- Aids the growth of bones in older people hence reduces osteoporosis.

DXN Philippines MLM Compensation Plan
Are you interested in being a DXN direct seller? If yes, you need to be at least 18 years of age, have your sponsor code on hand, and purchase x amount of products.
As of December 2020, package starts at 330 for a Basic Starter Kit up to 9,900 which includes the starter kit and a plenty of products.
The 3 ways to earn in DXN are as follows:
- Direct Selling – 15%-25% discount
Being a registered member entitles you to discounted product purchases. You can simply register as a user and enjoy the discounted rate. Or sell it to your friends to earn a profit. For example, the retail price of Ganoderma 2 in 1 coffee is P645, assuming a 25% discount, you earn 161.25 pesos for every pack you sold.
- Change Brand
In change brand, you accumulate points to get rebates, and it’s also used as a basis for promotion which gives you higher rebates.
Every product has a point value equivalent. Depending where you are, the point value for the Philippines is 1000 and a minimum of 100PV per month for Kuwait.
100 PV is equivalent to 6%, 300 PV – 9%, 900 PV -12%, up to 4500 PV – 21% to 25%. When you reach 4.500 up, you are now considered a Star Agent which earns at least 15k per month.
- Sponsoring. You earn commission from your recruitment and the recruits of your sponsored distributors.
As a Star Agent, you get to enjoy the following perks:
