So how do you earn?
- Retail Profit
Your initial discount is 25%.The more you sell, the higher discount you will have up to a maximum of 50%. For example, you can get one of their shakes for a member’s price* of 1112.75. The suggested retail price is 1442.00, which gives you a potential profit of 329.25. Sell 10 of this, and you will earn 3292.50
Member’s price is also referred to as Earn Base.
Member discount is equivalent to 25%, Senior Consultant at 35%, Qualified Producer at 42%, and Supervisor at 50%.
2. Wholesale Profit
This is the difference between your discount and that of your down line/ sponsored member. You get to earn wholesale profit on every purchase your non-supervisor down line makes.
If you are a Supervisor enjoying a retail profit discount of 50%, you are entitled to 25% wholesale profit from your Members’ purchase. It is computed as 50% – 25% = 25%. You get to earn 7% to 25% wholesale profit depending on the level of your personally sponsored member.
3. Royalty Overrides
You must be on Supervisor level to enjoy royalty overrides. As a Supervisor, you get to have 1% to 5% royalty override from your organizational volume up to three levels of downline supervisors AND your personally sponsored supervisors.
Each product has an assigned point. You must accumulate a minimum volume point of 500 each month to be qualified for royalty override.
Honestly, starting at Herbalife is quite easy. Their membership packs are given a an affordable rate. Any Filipino who has at least 2.000 to spare can join. However, like any networking company. You cannot enjoy a financially free life by simply selling their products. I;ve read a couple of reviews where members sell the products at 50% discount of their member’s price just to take back the fund invested.
